Jams are usually a breakfast item so we thought that they should start your day on a positive note. The labels are designed to 'wake up your spirit' and get you ready for the long day ahead. They're bright, beautiful and are sure to put you in the right frame of mind...but enough about the labels...THE JAMS themselves are made in traditional Caribbean style, using fresh Caribbean fruit. Banana Daiquiri is made from the bananas which flourish in St. Lucia, Pina Colada is made from Pineapples which are grown in Guyana, Mango uses the large and extremely tasty fruit from St. Vincent and Coconut Jam uses coconuts which are as plentiful as grains of sand in Barbados. Pepper Jelly uses a touch of the Barbados Scotch Bonnet Pepper and can be used as a spread if you wish a real kick at the Breakfast table. Of course the main ingredient in these jams is Sugar that is produced from Sugar Cane which has been grown and processed in the Caribbean for over 300 years. Did I forget Rum? The jars with the stars have a touch of Barbados Rum to give them their special flavor. They won't get you high or anything - their taste can only be described as 'exciting'. All this says only one thing....Our Jams will start your day on a bright note with their 'Sunny' labels and fantastic flavors....the rest of the day you'll be singing like a bird.
